Walter B. Eeds Chief Executive Officer
After graduation from the University of Oklahoma, Walter served as a U.S. Army officer in Southeast Asia. He began his business career in the banking and mortgage banking business in Houston, and in 1978 founded The Greystone Group. Greystone has been a fully integrated housing and real estate development, construction and property management firm for over 25 years. Walter was President of the Houston Apartment Association in 1987. He also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and board member of Oasis Residential, a NYSE real estate investment trust.

David B. McMahan President, Greystone Multi-Family Builders
David is a graduate of Baylor University and a licensed contractor in multiple western U.S. states. He has been active in the construction industry for over 20 years and has been responsible for the construction of thousands of apartment units, single family homes and commercial structures. Prior to joining Greystone, David held executive positions with several large, multi-family and commercial builders and developers. He leads the development and construction activities for Greystone and third-party clients.

Donald E. Brown  Vice President of Finance and Operations
Don is a graduate of Western Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. He has been responsible for the finance, accounting and operations functions of various corporations for more than 20 years. He has been active in the real estate development industry since 1985. At Greystone, Don is in charge of the accounting, administrative and finance functions of the company. Investor and lending relationships are also central to Dons responsibilities.

Noel J. Prendergast  Vice President
After graduation from California State University, Noel worked as a Project Manager for a large REIT and several other development and construction companies in Southern California. His experience includes management of multiple projects focusing on budgeting, detailed construction estimates, schedules and bidding, subcontract negotiations, value engineering and MEP coordination. Noel is also responsible for the management of field personnel and provides pre-construction, design/assist and estimating services for Greystone’s clients.

Jenny Cunningham Executive Assistant
Jenny has worked with Walter Eeds for over 28 years as Executive Assistant in mortgage banking, multi-family development, construction and property management operations. In addition to working with banks, clients, consultants and subcontractors, she is responsible for the daily office management duties for the Newport Beach office.

Evelyn Mateo Controller
Evelyn oversees all operations of Greystone construction accounting in Newport Beach. Evelyn holds a degree in industrial engineering. Prior to joining Greystone, Evelyn was employed with a large California-based real estate developer, construction and property management group of companies.

Bill Hossfeld  Project Manager
Bill graduated from the University of Arizona with a major in architecture. He has over 44 years of experience in housing and commercial real estate design, development and operations. He has completed construction for thousands of multi-family units of all design types. Bill was previously Executive Vice President and CEO of The Builders Consortium for Affordable Housing, the largest affordable housing for-sale demonstration project in the United States.

John C. Ferrall  Project Manager
John is a graduate of Chapman University and has over 28 years of experience in residential construction. He has been responsible for and overseen construction of thousands of apartment units of all designs. John has worked in executive positions and as Project Manager for some of the largest California developers and general contractors.

GREYSTONE ASSET MANAGEMENT

C. David Hargrove, CPM President
David has over 25 years of property management, real estate development and mortgage banking experience. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). David served as President of the Houston Apartment Association in 2002 and serves as Vice President of Multi-Family for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). David is also a certified instructor for both The Texas Real Estate Commission and the National Apartment Association. He has worked with Walter Eeds for over 25 years.

Monica H. Morrison, CPA  Chief Financial Officer
Monica is a graduate of the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a 22-year veteran of property management and real estate development accounting. She began her career in public accounting with Haskins and Sells. Monica is responsible for all operations of the GAM accounting department and has worked with Walter Eeds for over 20 years.

Mack Armstrong Executive Vice President
After graduating from Texas A & M University, Mack served as a Financial Management Officer in the United States Air Force. Prior to joining Greystone, Mack was Vice President of a national property management company and was responsible for all aspects of the operations of a 7,000-unit regional portfolio. Mack is a CPM Candidate and is responsible for property management operations and client relationships.

Tracy Brunetti Senior Vice President
With oversight responsibilities of Greystone properties in the western U.S., Tracy has been with Greystone for over 15 years and has experience in dealing with a variety of asset types ranging from Class A++ to Class C- type properties. She was previously employed with a large California-based property management company and is skilled in opening and leasing new construction projects as well as the repositioning of distressed assets.

Michelle Croasmun, CPM Vice President
Michelle has over 23 years of experience dealing with a wide range of properties including new construction lease-ups, value enhancement opportunities and distressed properties. She has been with Greystone for over 13 years. Michelle holds the CPM designation and is active in the Houston Apartment Association and the local IREM chapter.

Diane Gilbert-Guthrie, CPM Vice President
With over 18 years of experience in management of a variety of property types, Diane has unique marketing skills. She has successfully overseen new construction lease-ups in very competitive markets and has also repositioned many distressed assets. Diane is a CPM and active in the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, chairing the ARM Committee.

Peggy Taylor, CPM, CAPS  Vice President
Peggy brings 28 years of property management experience to Greystone, and has been with the company for 10 years. She possesses diverse experience ranging from lease-up of new construction communities to repositioning of Class A and B-type assets. She holds the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and has served as a delegate on the Board of Directors for the Texas Apartment Association.

Kathy Vandegaer  Training Director
Kathy is responsible for the training and support of property personnel on the use of the AMSI property management software programs, leasing, customer service, and various other Greystone programs. Kathy also coordinates training in other areas such as safety, new employee orientation, leasing technique and the economics of apartment ownership. Kathy is a candidate for her CPM designation.

Valerie Hubbard  Vice President, Accounting
Valeries 28 years of property management experience encompasses all phases of accounting, including apartment development and operations, investment, and partnership accounting. She has worked with Greystone for over 18 years. Prior to joining Greystone, she worked in the savings and loan industry and for a private developer supervising the accounts payable division.

Marsha Lund  Vice President, Human Relations
Marsha has 23 years of experience in property and human resources management and has been with Greystone for over 15 years. She is very knowledgeable in the increasingly complicated field of employment regulations. In addition, she oversees Greystones payroll and insurance systems.

Allison Culver Client Relations Director
A 15-year team member with Greystone, Allison is the live voice of GAM. She has on-site experience at communities, having worked in leasing and managerial capacities. From the Houston office, she also administers corporate and property marketing programs, the quarterly newsletters, property brochures, locator luncheons, and coordinates client relations.
